I enjoy adding golden milk to my chai tea each morning. For me it is a perfect way to add turmeric to my diet and the other ingredients in the golden milk blend…so good:)

Just what I needed!

Absolutely delicious. Made mine using label instructions with milk. Added small amount of monk fruit sugar. This will be a staple in my pantry! Two very minor drawbacks were that it was slow to get to me (but was worth the wait). Also a postcard with snakes all over it was in the box when I opened it and kind of freaked me out. Would suggest a better marketing tool.

I love golden milk and often have it at a local coffee shop. I was delighted to receive Honey & Sage Golden Milk as a gift from a friend. I enjoyed my first cup of this relaxing, soothing warm beverage on this cold, rainy day in the Pacific Northwest. I have trouble with inflammation that dairy makes worse so I am glad there is no dairy in this recipe. I made my Golden Milk with 1/2 cup (4oz) hot water, 1/2 cup (4oz) unsweetened oat milk, 1 tsp Golden Milk powder, and I wanted a little sweetness so I added 1 tsp of maple syrup. A whole tsp of Golden Milk powder may be a little strong for some but I enjoy turmeric and ginger and cook with both regularly.

My sister let me try and I was hooked and immediately had to get more. I was recently diagnosed with RA this helps me to sleep better at night and I wake up a not as achy.

Golden milk made easy:)

I have been making my own Golden milk for years. I was never sure I was getting amounts right each morning. This has taken the guess work out of it for me. I love the taste to start out my day. Since trying this about four months ago I am sold and will continue to keep it on my kitchen shelf moving forward.
